Admission is selective and the eight-week Greece programme carries a fee. It combines the four-week AXIA Futures Career Programme with four weeks of in-house consolidation and application. You receive an intensive grounding in financial markets and practical trading, whether or not you continue into the next stage.
After the eight weeks, selected participants are invited into at least six months of Intensive Trader Development, with sponsored continuing education and training.
For those selected for the next development stage, financial support is available alongside continued training towards professional trading. Training and support continue according to individual progress and demanding performance standards, with the aim of helping traders build towards sustaining themselves through their trading profits.
Those selected and approved by Axia Markets Pro can progress to live trading using its firm capital, with continuing training and support. The aim is to give people the resources, backing and room to develop a professional trading career.
The next eight-week Greece programme starts on 2 November 2026.

AXIA Futures Greece Programme
Your place on the training floor
From day one of the programme, you’ll have your own dedicated workstation on the Thessaloniki training floor, with a computer, trading software and access to the tools and resources used by AXIA’s experienced traders. You’ll also be connected to other AXIA Futures trainees.
Your trading takes place in simulation, using real market data. The work starts immediately.
Weeks 1–4: learn the approach, start practising
Complete the four-week AXIA Futures Career Programme, combining lessons with simulated trading practice using real market data. You’ll explore macroeconomic and economic-data trading, technical execution, and the tools and frameworks AXIA traders use.
Morning and early-afternoon sessions follow recorded lessons. You work through them on the Thessaloniki training floor, learning alongside the team around you.
You also join live online lessons and lectures with Richard Bailey, Head of Training at AXIA Futures, who has over two decades of experience.
The programme draws on more than a decade of experience across the AXIA trading network and continues to evolve with the markets.
Weeks 5–8: consolidate and apply
Continue your simulated trading practice at the Greece office with Bogdan Stoichescu, Head of the Greece Training Floor. Through focused trading practice, drills and debriefing, consolidate what you’ve learnt and develop your trading routines and professional processes.
Study how leading AXIA traders identify opportunities and approach their trades, using their work as a benchmark for your own preparation, execution and review.

AXIA selects participants to invite into further development.

6 months or more
Intensive Trader Development
Selected participants receive sponsored continuing training. You become more closely integrated into the team and its daily work as you develop your approach to markets.
Selection for financial support
AXIA selects trainees to receive financial support while they continue developing towards live trading.

Financial Support While You Develop
Selected trainees receive financial support alongside continued training. Its duration and any extension depend on individual progress and performance.
Approval to trade live
Progression to live trading requires selection and approval by Axia Markets Pro.

Professional trading
Live trading with Axia Markets Pro
Selected and approved traders trade live markets using Axia Markets Pro’s firm capital.
Progression is selective. Continued training and financial support depend on demanding performance standards. A trading role is not guaranteed.
